Congregations of all denominations are welcome.

Any parish leader with responsibilities in worship, music, or the arts is welcome to attend this conference. It is especially fruitful for two or three-person teams from one church–clergy, musician, and/or lay person–to attend together. To encourage this, only one registration fee per congregation will be charged.

We aim to engage a mix of congregations of different denominations, geographic regions, and urban/rural/suburban settings. Congregations most likely to benefit are those that

• engage scripture in worship and congregational life
• embrace lively practices of baptism and communion
• treasure the living traditions of their denominations
• teach a vibrant Trinitarian theology
• worship God through a diverse repertoire of music, hymnody and congregational song
• support strong congregational and choral singing
• benefit from healthy institutional and interpersonal dynamics
• are served by collaborative and mutually supportive ministers, musicians, and laity
